What does it mean to follow jesus?
We hear different ways people express what it means to be a "Christian" or to "follow Jesus". Here at Bridge City, we believe that according to Jesus Himself as revealed in the Gospels, we are called to reorganize our entire lives around the person and way of Jesus. It is a lifelong journey, not a decision in a moment, to learn from our Savior and teacher.
We have narrowed following Him down to three specific practices: a life of formation, life together, and life on mission. Our prayer for you in our church is that you grow in those three areas and experience the beauty of a life dependent upon the person and way of Jesus.
